2. Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA), which acts as our processor; any transfer to the USA is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Newsletter

If you submit your email address to receive our checklist or newsletter, we use it solely to send you the requested content and occasional related emails (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Submissions are processed by Formsubmit (formsubmit.co, USA), which forwards them to us by email; any transfer to the USA is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can unsubscribe at any time, with effect for the future.

We use affiliate links to third-party tools and services. When you click such a link, the partner may set a cookie or pass parameters to attribute a later sign-up or purchase to us. 5. Fonts & booking

All web fonts are self-hosted and served solely from our own server; there is no connection to Google Fonts or any third-party font server, and no data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose. Our "Book a strategy call" button links to Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA); data is only processed there once you click the link and use the service, subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.

This website does not set analytics, marketing or tracking cookies and does not use web analytics services (such as Google Analytics or Matomo). Only technically necessary processing to deliver the page takes place, so no consent banner is required.
